Admission Information
Below is the admission information for last year’s Japan festival, until new details are released for 2012, this will remain for historic purposes. Online admission payment
Adults $10
Students and Children $5
Children under 5 are free
Wristbands

Everyone who pays for an admission will receive a special wrist band. Please wear your wristband at all times as it will serve as your admittance to all festival venues.
Persons without the proper wristbands will not be allowed to attend or participate in any events or activities.
Workshops
Workshop and Demonstration admittance is on a first come – first serve basis. There is a limit on the number of participating attendees for most Workshops and some Demonstrations. Additional observers will be admitted into workshops or demonstrations on a space available basis. If you desire to attend a workshop, demonstration or lecture, please proceed to the workshop, demonstration or lecture room prior to the scheduled start time.
Navigating the Festival
A Campus Map is located on the inside cover of the festival program booklet. Large maps of the various Festival venues will be found at the Information Booths throughout the Carlsen Center and Regnier Center.
Information Booths and Staff

There are four(4) Information Booths to assist your experience at the festival. Their locations are on the First Floor of the Carlsen Center near the Yardley Hall, across from the elevator on the Second and Third Floors of the Carlsen Center and in the lobby of the Regnier Building.
Festival Staff members wearing red Happi Coats and red shirts will be stationed throughout the Festival venues. They will be able to assist you, answer your questions and give you directions. There are also maps of the Festival venues at the Information Booths and in the inside cover of the Festival program.
First Aid
In case of an accident or a medical emergency, please contact a Festival Staff member wearing a red or blue Happi Coat or a red shirt or go to an Information Booth located on the First, Second or Third Floor of the Carlsen Center and in the lobby of the Regnier Center. These individuals will contact Security immediately to address your situation. Volunteers wearing the red or blue Happi Coats and red shirts will be stationed throughout the Festival areas to assist you in case of an emergency.
Lost and Found
In case you have lost an item or have found an item that doesn’t belong to you, please contact a Festival Staff member wearing a red or blue Happi Coat or a red shirt or go to an Information Booth located on the First, Second or Third Floor of the Carlsen Center and in the lobby of the Regnier Center.
